"Project Learn taught me how to be a better colleague, manager, and peer. These are soft skills that are just not taught in traditional settings. I learned how to work across age groups, across seniority levels (e.g. student, teacher; boss, employee), and across perspectives. I also learned how to effectively solve problems: identify common problems; discuss options, opinions, and solutions; and come together for a solution or at least a path forward."
